Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Learn Pilot website and related services (together, the “Service”), operated by Learn Pilot. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Free service
The Service is offered free of charge. We may change, suspend or discontinue features or the Service as a whole, with reasonable notice where practicable.
2. No warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and representations (express or implied), including as to accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and merchantability. Educational and AI-assisted content may be incomplete or incorrect; it does not replace professional advice, classroom instruction, or parental judgment.
3. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Learn Pilot and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill or opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent allowed by applicable law.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to:
- interfere with or disrupt the Service or other users;
- circumvent security or access controls;
- use the Service in any unlawful way or in breach of third-party rights.
5. Student information and our mission
Learn Pilot is operated on a not-for-profit basis and is currently pre-revenue. We do not use student or user information to sell products or services to you or to third parties for general commercial marketing.
We may use student-related information that you or an authorised adult provide for purposes that support our educational mission, including to seek or secure student grants and to refer students for scholarships or similar opportunities, where appropriate and permitted. We describe this more fully in our Privacy information.
6. Accounts and authority
Where the Service collects information about minors, a parent, guardian or authorised school representative should provide or consent to that collection as required by applicable law and our privacy practices.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
